There is nothing that needs to be done before your cleaner arrives, although some clients may prefer to complete a brief tidying of personal items ahead of time. The only thing that really matters is that your cleaners have a way to get into the home.

The preference is yours: whether you want to be home or away, we will ensure your cleaning is efficiently and effectively completed. We are accustomed to working around people while they’re home. We will communicate with you while we’re cleaning to stay out of your way.

Our cleaners will move and return small pieces of furniture to clean, but will require your approval to move large furniture and appliances.

Mr.Clean, Windex, Vim, Allen’s Cleaning Vinegar, Weimans Stainless Steel Cleaner, and dish soap. We also provide oven-cleaning products when needed. Tools we use include various scrubbing brushes, magic erasers, Miele C3 Complete vacuum, Vileda Microfiber Mops, Swiffer 360 degree 6’ reach dusters, microfiber cloths and lint-free jersey cloths.

Typically just one cleaner is dedicated to maintenance service, allowing the highest level of personal accountability. We often work in teams for your first deep clean, or for any one-time cleaning services.

Yes, we do our best to send the same cleaner for every visit however in the unlikely event that said cleaner is unavailable, we will send another team member who is fully briefed on your homes cleaning protocols.

Yes, unless additional service is requested. The price of maintenance services is always the same, even if a cleaner takes more or less time.

Absolutely, as long as the animal is safe and well-behaved.

No, you can cancel at any time.

Although our team is fully trained and our team leaders provide ongoing feedback for quality consistency, if you’re dissatisfied with your service let us know and we will return within 24 hours to rectify any areas that were missed.

We are fairly flexible and often have availability to start right away! For recurring maintenance visits, we’ll start first with an in-person quote which can be booked for same day. These quotes typically take 20-30 mins.

We have cleaning specialists based throughout Calgary. You will be allocated just one cleaner who will become familiar with your home and cleaning protocols. We build relationships and want to ensure your service is highly personalized!

Only carefully selected individuals in Calgary who have submitted cleared background checks and employer references are added to our team. We hire people who reflect the same values of clean home living as well as exceptional work ethic. It’s a huge priority for us to be dependable for our clients. We often choose people based on proximity, we believe it’s in everyone’s best interest if our clients are allocated someone who lives closest to them! All cleaning specialists have been trained in-house for optimal quality results. We also keep a team leader in place dedicated to finding ways for our cleaning specialists to continue to improve their skills.

From only $100+GST, you can enjoy recurring maintenance cleaning. We will meet you at your home to provide you with an accurate quote to reflect exactly what you want included. This quote is a flat rate, based on the average expected amount of time to complete the agreed tasks. This means you will always pay the same amount each visit, making it so much easier to plan and provides pricing transparency. Your cleaner will manage their time accordingly and aim to achieve these average goal times for your home.

One-time cleaning services such as move-out cleans and seasonal cleans are charged hourly at $60/hr +GST. We will invoice you the final amount once the tasks list is completed. If you have a max budget for this service, we can cap our time based on your budget and work through the cleaning list in order of priority.  

Currently via e-transfer or cheque, but stay tuned as we develop further payment options.

Absolutely! All of our cleaning specialists are required to have $1M Liability Coverage. The whole team is also covered by WCB.
